Hospice Windsor

Location on site: April's Garden Conservatory
Found at the back of the property, behind the Hospice Residential Home.
Drive into the front off Empress and go to back of property & follow the blue lines below to find April's Garden in the far back corner behind the Residential/Palliative Care Home.

Address: 1881 Cabana Rd West, Windsor
Directions indicated below on how to find it.
Park in lot in front of Daybreak ramp entrance.
Amenities include: Classroom, Lounge, Washrooms, Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig & kettle
Daybreak at the Lodge
is part of Huron Lodge though not accessible through their main entrance - use ramp
See in images below the Huron Lodge road entrance is further west of St. Clair College on Cabana Road West.
Daybreak at the Lodge is a center adjacent to Huron Lodge, & can be found to the left side of the main entrance - you must use the ramp to enter (it is not accessed through the Huron Lodge building itself). In pictures a red arrow marks the ramp access. In the picture with Flo Hartleib she is by the ramp gate entrance - follow the ramp to the Daybreak door.
